No card, no trial that quietly turns into a charge, no mailing list. If we never hear from each other again, that is fine: the demo closes on its own.

Three months, because a school does not decide in a week: it has to go past the head, past the registrar and sometimes past a board. Nothing you do inside gets wiped in that time — leave it half-done today and pick it up next month. And if it ever does expire, your same link brings it back in one click.

Universidad Aurora does not exist, but it is complete: people enrolled generations ago, money collected and money overdue, records with documents and grades already entered. That is what separates a demo from a blank form — you can go looking for a student in arrears and actually find one.

The problem with an open demo is walking in, seeing a menu with twenty-five entries and closing the tab. So when you enter, a card explains what matters and takes you there itself — it does not point at a button with an arrow: it navigates for you. Close it whenever you like and poke around on your own; and inside every module there is a second guide explaining that screen.

Frequently asked questions
Does this commit me to anything?
No. No card, no trial that turns into a charge, nothing to cancel. If you never come back, the demo closes itself and that is the end of it.
Is it the real product or a mockup?
The full product — the same published release the schools that pay us are running. No disabled features, no fake screens: if something is missing, it does not exist for anyone yet.
Is the data from a real school?
None of it. Universidad Aurora is invented, and so are the names, payments and grades. You will never see a customer's data in a demo — which is exactly what your own school would expect from us.
Can anyone else see what I do in there?
Your copy is yours: no other visitor gets into it or sees what you did. We do record which screens you went through, so we know what interested you and can help you with that; it is written in the privacy notice and you can ask us to delete it.
How long does it last, and what happens after?
Three months, and it will not fall on you: we email you ten days before, and if you are still using it, just opening it keeps it alive. When it does close, the whole environment — database and files — is deleted with everything you did inside; not archived, gone. Even then, your same link gets you a fresh copy whenever you want.
Can I show it to my team?
Yes. Share your link with whoever you want and they enter the same copy, so you can go through it together. If you would rather each have their own, have them request it with their own email.
Can I load my school's data into it?
Not in the demo, and that is deliberate: putting real student data into a test environment that eventually gets deleted serves nobody. When you decide to move forward we migrate your data into your own installation, and we do that carefully and with time.
Are you going to call me?
Not unless you ask us to. You get the access, and at the end an email asking what you thought. That is all.
What if I need more time?
You do not need to ask: open it before it expires and it stretches another three months, with everything you have in it. And if it already closed, your usual link has a button that spins up a fresh copy in a minute — no filling the form again.
What does ABAKU cost?
It is billed per active user, so it depends on your size: a 120-student school cannot pay what a 3,000-student university pays. The subscription includes every module, hosting, backups and updates. See how quoting works.
