ABAKU wasn't born in a boardroom. It was born in the back office of real schools — paper enrollments, payments nobody could find, WhatsApp groups full of loose photos. Today it is a family of products covering your institution's administration, your Moodle campus and your team's training.
Three moments that explain why ABAKU looks so little like a brochure-grade school system.
Before writing a single line of code we spent years inside educational institutions: enrolling, charging, reconciling payments, chasing documents. We know what hurts because it hurt us.
ABAKU wasn't designed all at once. It grew module by module, and each one made it in because it solved a concrete problem for a registrar, a teacher or a principal — not because it looked good in a demo.
Administration was only the beginning. An institution also teaches, trains its people, and already uses tools it has no intention of throwing away. That is why ABAKU stopped being one product and became a family that works together.
Start with one and add the rest when the time comes. They share identity, data and the same way of working.
The administrative core: automatic enrollment, grades and certificates, payments and cash desk, CFDI invoicing, documents and letters of commitment, school store and communication. Over 80 modules already running on real data.
Moodle is the natural answer when you need a virtual classroom: it is open, it is free and it carries twenty years of development. Sometimes too much — it is enormously capable, and it is heavy. We don't fight it: we wire it to ABAKU and, if you want, we run it for you.
The campus where your team learns to get everything out of the platform: day-to-day operation courses, role-based guides and material that follows every release.
SMS stands for School Management System, the acronym this software is known by in most of the world. In Spanish-speaking markets you will see the same product as SGE, Sistema de Gestión Escolar — same product, each market's acronym.
You don't buy ABAKU — you subscribe to it. Your monthly fee puts you on a train that keeps moving, without paying more every time it reaches a new station.
ABAKU SMS loaded with a made-up school that already has years of history inside. Not a video: you go in and use it. Leave us your name and email and the access lands in a minute — it commits you to nothing and it is yours for three months, with nothing you do inside getting wiped.

We are a young company and we would rather tell you what we are working on than promise what does not exist.
Moodle does the job, but for many institutions it is oversized. We want a lighter classroom on the same student record, for schools that do not need everything Moodle brings. It is being explored and we are not putting a date on it: when it exists you will see it here, not before.
One account, one record and one way of working across the ecosystem — not four systems sharing a logo.
More integrations with payment gateways, invoicing and platforms institutions already have in place.
Your subscription includes new releases. If the ecosystem grows, your institution grows with it without paying the entry fee again.
We reply within one business day with something concrete: which part of the ecosystem fits you today, what it would cost and how soon you would be up and running.
