The SMS (school management: enrollment, payments, grades and records) and Moodle (virtual classroom: courses, assignments and online classes) are contracted separately: the SMS does not include Moodle, and the plans above are for Moodle only. If you take both, you get a special bundle price and they come connected.

Why Moodle and not another platform?
Moodle is the world's most used online course platform, with 20+ years of development, open source and a huge community. It doesn't depend on a company that can raise prices or shut down. Your data is yours.
Really ready in 24 hours?
Yes. After payment confirmation we set up the server, install Moodle, apply your branding and hand over credentials within 24 business hours. Loading courses takes longer, but your platform is already live.
Do I need ABAKU SMS?
No. Moodle hosting is an independent service. If you later want to connect Moodle with ABAKU SMS for automatic enrollment, we'll do it. But you can hire Moodle alone.
Can I migrate my existing Moodle?
Yes. Migration is free and complete: users, courses, grades, files, forums, everything. We tell you when it's ready so you just repoint the domain. Your current site stays up during the move.
How fast do you respond to an outage?
We monitor the platform around the clock: if something goes down we already know before you do, and often it is handled before it fails. During business hours we respond within minutes.
What if I stop paying?
15-day grace period with automatic notices. Then public access pauses, but we keep your data for 90 days so you can catch up or export. We hand you a full backup if you move to another provider — no lock-in.
How many students can be online at the same time?
It depends on how you use your Moodle, which is why we ask before quoting. The industry standard is around 10% of enrolment online at once; we size for around 50%, depending on the case. A Moodle used across the day —assignments, forums, content— is not the same as one where the whole school sits an exam at the same hour: that case is designed separately.
