What a charge looks like
Two things move the amount: how many users the institution has, and whether it pays monthly or prepays a term. That is why a real charge can be a few thousand pesos or several hundred thousand.
| Institution | Monthly | Quarterly | Half-yearly | Yearly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A small school60 users · $20 ea. | $1,200 | $3,600 | $7,200 | $14,400 |
| A medium school320 users · $15 ea. | $4,800 | $14,400 | $28,800 | $57,600 |
| A large institution2,800 users · $15 ea. | $42,000 | $126,000 | $252,000 | $504,000 |
Figures in Mexican pesos, before tax, as a reference. The exact amount always comes from your written quote. Prepaid terms are shown before the discount that is agreed case by case, so the real charge is lower than the figure above. Cancellation and refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.
